Overview

A modern trawler style sedan built on the same modified-V used in production of the original 36 Sabreline

Entering the spacious cockpit of the 34 there is a bridge ladder with teak treads to port for bridge access. Transom door is located in the starboard corner of the cockpit for access to the teak swim platform and SS Olsson davit. The cockpit has painted non-skid deck surfaces as does the entire boat. Port, starboard and centerline in-deck storage boxes with lift out inserts along with centerline lazzerette access provide plenty of space to keep gear, rope and fenders off the deck leaving them clean and uncluttered.

The bridge deck is spacious and well shaded from the laced canvas soft top, helm is offset to starboard with Pompanette helm and companion chairs. Cushioned bench seat with storage beneath is to starboard of bridge companionway with stainless steel railings. Helm is nicely appointed with complete Garmin electronics package, thrusters, controls, gauges, etc. Bridge provides excellent visibility and plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining.

Cockpit sliding doors open to reveal a richly appointed and inviting salon with teak and holly sole, L-shaped sofa to port, teak table with folding leaves and bench style built-in sofa to starboard. All sofas have storage beneath and teak cocktail table converts to a guest berth with a matching filler cushion. Large side windows have custom wood window treatments and aft sliding doors have privacy curtains.

The U-shaped galley is to port with attractive blue Corian countertops, SS deep sink, ample drawers and overhead cabinetry. Sharp Carousel microwave, Princess two burner stove top Norcold refrigerator is across form the galley within easy reach and has Corian counter top.

Lower helm has fold down helm seat and sliding door for access to weather deck. Electrical panel is located to starboard beneath helm in companionway leading forward to the Master stateroom.

Master stateroom has an island queen berth, ensuite head and shower, flatscreen TV, hanging closet and ample storage. A second, large utility closet is located to starboard side of companionway.

Engine room access is provided via hinged companionway steps leading to forward section of engine compartment. Hatches are also provided in the salon sole for excellent engine access.

Additional Broker's Comments

The boat is reported to be in good running condition. Overall condition/cleanliness of the engines, generator and engine compartment can be improved and broker is assisting owner with scheduling needed work.

Lower helm engine hour meters read 1272P and 1253S, upper helm hour meters read 1434 hours. Disparity in engine hours is reported to have occurred because ignition was left on.

Emily was painted in February of 2015 at Seven Seas Boat Yard in Port Orange, FL  due to the gelcoat crazing prevalent among many manufacturers in the early 2000's. There is some slight paint cracking along the deck and toe rail against the non-skid surfaces moving forward from the cockpit to the bow (non-structural). Subsequent "touch-ups" were done in 2016 and 2017 due to minor damage sustained from Hurricane's Matthew and Irma.

Maintenance records available at the time of this listing indicate that the engine cooling system was last cleaned in 2011 at just over 1000 hours. Current owner has not provided evidence that the cooling system has been serviced since they purchased the boat in 2013. A cooling system service is likely due and recommended.

Documentation available also shows that the Starboard engine was replaced in June 2007 reportedly under warranty. Valve seat updates performed on port engine in 2008.
