Great Aft-Cabin Motor-yacht is not going to last long at this price.

This is a two-owner fresh water boat from Illinois that arrived to Fort Myers in 2017. This boat spent half its lifetime in heated winter storage during the offseason.  The current owner purchased the boat from the original owner who personally motored it from Illinois to Florida. This boat is considered the largest volume interior boat in its class often compared to 46 foot or larger boats. All rooms are spacious with lots of glass, bringing in light and views.  This yacht has been meticulously kept and maintained.  Since 2019, the boat was primarily used for seasonal recreation in the Tampa area. It is currently in St. Petersburg Loggerhead Marina. Since ownership, the current owner has maintained and improved the boat by the following:

–         Removed entire exterior upholstery and replaced with custom designed camel-colored leather like material with contrasting piping, all new foam and fiber core no rot backing. Must see to appreciate. Also added matching sun pads on the front deck area.

–         Designed large couch with large storage in the aft entertainment area integrating a freezer / refrigerator.

–         New installation of two-toned camel-colored Sea Deck throughout three-exterior levels.

–         The interior is in like new condition showing no signs of wear.

–         Carpeting leather like upholstery in perfect condition, including new Norcold upright freezer / refrigerator.

–         All original pillows and bedding covers included.

–         All plumbing and electrical systems in perfect working order.

–         The boat has been repowered with one new port engine (40 hours), fully documented from Fort Myers Marina. This was necessary due to a mishap at marina during a haul-out inspection. Starboard engine only 608 hours.

–         Recommended installation of two sea strainers installed due to salt water content; were not previously necessary in fresh water environment

–          Both AC systems fully cleaned and serviced in 2022.

–         Kohler gas generator with only 222 hours.
