Included in the sale is also 2019 Achilles 11′ tender with a 25hp Yamaha engine with under 50-hours on it. Yamaha outboard is always flushed and tender is in great condition.  

List of Recent Upgrades:

• August 2023: Replaced main swim platform teak with new. Sanded remaining teak to match new teak platform. Waxed hull.
• July 2023: Replaced Helm Control Unit 2. Replaced main house 60-amp battery charger. Replaced generator starter battery charger.
• April 2023: Bottom paint including swim platform paint. Replaced bow thruster props and motor shaft. Zincs were replaced.
• February 2022: Replaced one a/c chiller and repaired 2nd chiller.
• January 2022: New covers for all exterior cushions.
• December 2021: New interior carpeting everywhere. $6,000 extreme comfort master suite, VIP suite, and 3rd state room mattresses installed.
• November 2021: All thru-hulls replaced, including intakes and generator exhaust. Starboard Engine Cooler overhauled. New Trim tab actuator. New depth sounder installed.
• October 2021: Replaced Salt Water Pump. All Zincs, Filters, Engine, Drive, and Gear Oil, and Impellers for both engines were replaced. Prop Glide and Speed Paint. Spot applying of antifouling paint as needed. All zinc anodes removed and refit. Underwater lights replaced. A/C Descaling and full system cleaning. Chiller compressor replaced.
• September 2021: All air handlers, blower motors, ducts for the a/c system were replaced with new.
• July 2021: Rebuilt stbd IPS transmission.
• May 2021: Changed a number of condensation pumps that were leaky. Replaced hot water heater. Changed starboard drive harness cable and servo mechanism.
• December 2020: Port drive overhauled. Hull antifouling paint applied. All exterior cushions replaced with new.
