Cheoy Lee incorporated so many innovative features into the design of this model like the three staterooms with a Huge full-with Master Stateroom Room  and very large VIP plus a forward V berth stateroom!

The feel of the boat is huge for the length.  The yacht incorporates featured fa much larger yacht:  covered port and starboard deck walkways,  salon aft stairs down to the Master stateroom with a full ensuite head and separate stall shower, the companion way, just forward of the Master, is  a stand-up full beam engine room with very reliable Lehman diesels.  All systems are easily accessible and well labeled, Fiberglass centerline fuel tanks above the keel ( NOT on the sides,) giving the yacht a great stability – and- NO iron tanks to replace! 

Bottom peal and finish job a few years past and a recent (May of 2022)  bottom paint, Cutlass bearings checked and all new zincs installed.

Active stabilizers were recently serviced.

mast and boom on the bridge deck make launching the tender a breeze – and can be configured for a stabilizing sail!

Solid forward deck w/ high gunnel for easy anchor deployment.

Complete and well-organized spare parts inventory. Everything is boxed and labeled and in its place.  Original ships manuals from Cheoy Lee are included !!.

Owners Notes

I was lucky enough to purchase this exceptional 46' Cheoy Lee for a Wholesale price. The owner priced the boat 40% below the boats true value and I was the 1st to arrive with an offer!.

I have since invested considerable funds to improve the Cheoy Lee that include but are not limited to:

Scrubbing the fuel

Replacing engine fuel Racor filters with NEW filters

Engine and Generator services that included oil, filters, etc.

Rebuilding the heads

Servicing the AC units

New Custom Canvas forward sun shade

New Nav electronics - dual stations

Main saloon is accessed from aft sliding doors from the aft deck or port and starboard pilot house doors. The galley is located forward of the main saloon on the starboard side. 


Three Staterooms two head

There is a V berth stateroom forward with a filler for a double berth. There is access to the shared head directly aft is the very comfortable full-width VIP stateroom with island queen berth and access to the shared head

Loads of storage and ample closet space in all staterooms. 

Stairway up to the pilothouse and main salon.

There is a Stairway down from the main saloon to the huge Master stateroom with vanity, seating area and loads of closet and storage space. Forward of the Master, accessed from the foyer is the door to the full beam engine room. 

There is also a seating area in the pilot house that could be used as a berth if wanted.
