Motor is a Volvo Penta 52 Horse Diesel model MD21
The engine underwent a 3000 hour checkup in 2017. The hour meter does not appear to be original so we had the service completed as preventative maintenance. This included satisfactory compression checks, fuel injection rebuilds and general inspection. The fuel pump has been replaced, The raw water heat exchanger was rebuilt, The water pump was replaced and the alternator was replaced. The engine has less than 500 hours on it since this work was completed. She runs good and the belly pan is dry. The Propeller is an 1 ¼ three blade 17LH8
A new battery maintenance system was installed in 2019 along with new batteries. There are two separate battery banks. House is 3 group 27 under the quarter berth and 2 wet cell batteries under the floor mid ship for engine starting.

Standing rigging is a 14 stay stainless steel Dyform wire rope system with Norseman end fittings. The headstay and Staysail stat are Profurl roller furling foil systems.
There is an aluminum Edson stern mast with a motor lift and twin stainless steel dinghy davits.

A 2002 Novurania 10ft Dinghy in poor but serviceable condition and a new Tohatsu propane 5 horse engine are included.
Zoe has a bow roller mounted 45 pound CQR plow type anchor with 20 feet of 3/8 HT chain and approximately 150 feet of ¾ inch laid nylon line. The second bow roller mounted anchor is a Lewmar 45 pound Bruce type plow with 200 feet of 3/8 HT chain. There is a 12 volt electric Ideal horizontal capstan windlass with fordeck foot controls.

Sails are in good condition and include a 120% genoa, a roller furling stay sail, a storm jib, an asymmetrical nylon spinnaker, a riding sail and storm trysail. There is a second set of sails that were replaced by current set that are worn but serviceable.

Zoe has a Nordsman full storage cover. There is a full cockpit enclosure.

Zoe has a Refrigiboat refrigeration system with a freezer section that functions well. There is a two burner gimbaled Broadwater oven and a GE microwave oven.

The HVAC system is Cruisair reverse cycle heating and air conditioning system. Along with a Dickson Newport propane Saloon mounted cabin heater.

There are 2 40 gallon stainless fresh water tanks along with a 12 gallon hot water heater that uses dock power or engine heat.

There is a raw water deck washdown for washing anchor chain.

Instrumentation includes a Weems and Plath 6” pedestal mounted magnetic steering compass ICOM 502 VHF with cockpit remote. A Datamarine CD400 depth sounder. A masthead mounted windspeed/AWI unit. A Raymarine Chart plotter was added in 2015. An extra VHF antenna is mounted on the Edsen stern mast and wired to the Nav Station. There is an ICOM 738 SSB radio wired to the backstay.

Zoe is currently undergoing a complete bottom restoration (Dec 2021) as some blistering was found during the biannual haul and bottom inspection. This will involve removing the bottom paint and gelcoat. We will then allow any moisture that might have accumulated to dissipate. This will take approximately 4 weeks and include steaming of the hull to further facilitate the process. The bottom will be recoating with waterproof epoxy and sealed with 5 coatings of barrier paint. Finally there will be two fresh coats of bottom paint applied. This is approximately a 25000.00 dollar process that will bring Zoe back to peak condition.
