"Sleeping Bear" is a 1987 Kha Shing sundeck trawler in very nice condition
The interior is spacious with excellent natural ventilation and light.  There are two cabins and two heads with a well designed galley, down with dinette across.  The salon is very comfortable with a lower helm to starboard - engines are accessed by 4- large cabin sole sections that lift up.
Master stateroom features a walk around queen berth, Hunter Douglas blinds, electric head and a flat screen television.  There is ample storage and also hanging lockers.
The guest cabin, in the V-berth also has good storage and lockers as well as an electric head
Overall the interior is in very nice condition - she shows very well especially with all new upholstery in the salon and V-berth.
The aft sundeck features a wet bar with mini fridge and access to the side decks via port and starboard.  The flybridge has excellent seat for entertaining while under way and also features a small refrigerator
The hull was Awlgripped up to the toe rail in '15 and above the toe rail in '23.  Original Teak decks were removed and replaced with Awlgrip nonskid
She is a very comfortable and updated cruising boat

Spacious master stateroom after with a walk-around queen berth, Hunter Douglas blinds, flat screen tv and exceptional cabinet and drawer storage for extended cruising and an electric Raritan Elegance freshwater head
There is a V-berth with good storage and a head compartment with an electric Johnson freshwater toilet
The galley and dinette are next aft.  The galley is to starboard with the dinette to port.  Ample storage cabinets and drawers for a gourmet chef
The salon and lower helm is further after with access to the sundeck and aft cabin.  Four large floor panels open up to allow access to the engines and generator
Overall there is great natural light and ventilation throughout the vessel and she shows new upholstery in the V-berth and salon
