ZERO SPEED QUADRA FIN STABILIZERS
This 53' yacht comes with an electric bow thruster and Quadra-Fin Zero Speed stabilizers. Although most stabilizers will work when the vessel is underway, these stabilizers will also work while at anchor. This feature is not common and adds a much higher level of stability and comfort, both underway and at anchor! 

ENGINE ROOM
-Last time motors serviced?
3/2022. $18k service on both engs's Broker has copy of receipts. 
-The engine room is very clean, as you can see in the pictures. 
-The engine room is a walk-in engine room with ample space for maintenance and repairs.
-There are two spare props and two spare drive-shafts on board.

UPDATED MASTER SHOWER
The master head shower was recently updated with a modern shower system. The new system includes the folllowing: 1. Overhead pouring.
2. Overhead sprinkling.
3. Hand wand
4. Body massage jets
5. Tub fill (pouring)
It also has LED lights and temperature read-out with elapsed time clock.
ANSWERS TO GENERAL QUESTIONS
-According to the seller, he is not aware of any raw water leaks... ( shaft seals, rudder , sea cocks)

-Cruising speed and rpms?
Owner has had it to 12kts, he does not know the RPM at that speed. However, the mech firm that did the work, in April, indicated it would/should to 16-18kts. 
-No soft spots anywhere that the owner is aware of.
-Bottom paint had some touch up 5/2020
-AC service date?8/2022 - New A/C installed Master S.R.
9/2022 - R22 installed in Port Salon unit.
9/2022 - New suction lines installed entire system.
