Replacing the very popular 55′ Super Sport in 1991, the 53′ Super Sport was built on an all-new Ocean hull designed with a sharper entry and slightly increased transom deadrise. The hull changes make the Ocean 53′ a generally better headsea boat than her predecessor with a notable dryer ride.

She has had continuous attention with multiple upgrades from her current owner of 19 years.
