“El Shaddai” (the Great One) is a premier, world reowned Jeanneau 45.2 sailing Yacht, a true “Blue Water Yacht” with many family needed essentials for comfortably and safely sailing the seven seas.  The owners have lovingly and professionally maintained her in top notch condition and added or upgraded many features and/or equipment over the years.  
Sailing in St Thomas for the last year or so, she has just returned (June 10, 2022) to the mainland US to be offered for sale by her retiring owners.

Main Description
Built in the genuine Jeanneau tradition, the Sun Odyssey 45.2, formerly the Jeanneau 45.2, is one of Jeanneau's brightest jewels. Designed to stand up to all that the sea can deliver, this sailboat represents the harmonious blend of performance, comfort, and elegance. The Sun Odyssey 45.2 has fine entry lines, a responsive and quick hull, and an unencumbered deck layout. In all weather conditions, even on autopilot, the Sun Odyssey 45.2 holds its course exceptionally well. The electronic instrumentation is visible from each of the twin helm stations. Even shorthanded sailing is made easy with the standard furling main and genoa, and the rigid boom vang. teak deck, luxury deck hardware, etc.  Everything on board has been considered for peace of mind under sail. The cockpit, divided into 3 sections, is large and ideal for all types of use. The teak-battened stern skirt is wide and deep, and has two swinging doors for quick and easy stern entry. There are twin wheel helm stations, a folding cockpit table and long, comfortable seats for those on watch. There is plenty of accessible storage in two big sail lockers, plus a big watertight compartment towards the stern. The interior of the Sun Odyssey 45.2 is a prime example of quality and comfort. Available as a 3 cabin, 2 head layout. Standard below is an immense navigation station, bookshelves, storage compartments, and a big galley with an expansive countertop. The salon seats up to ten people around a fold up table for a warm and cozy atmosphere, or the table can fold down to allow easy access to the bookshelf and the two cabinets/under salon storage.  The impressive forward owner's cabin, with an island double berth measuring 6 feet 9 inches by 5 feet 3 inches, has shelving, cupboards, and a large storage compartment under the berth. El Shaddai is a 3 cabin layout with two heads, one forward one aft.  She sleeps 5 comfortably (two in Vee berth, two in aft Starboard, one in Port aft cabin) with an additional accomodation for two in the main salon.  
Her galley is large and well equipped, with a very large freezer/refrigerator, Microwave, new Gas oven/stove and lots of storage.  
The traditional Nav Station is large and has all of the electronic and Navigation controls, entertainment and AC & DC outlets easily accessible.
