Layout & Accommodations

Sleeping accommodations involve a King size master cabin with three lockers at bed level and several lockers on the outboard side. There are two Queen size cabins aft, port and starboard. They, also as well, have bed level lockers as well as other lockers. There is ample storage area with 7 hanging lockers plus many adequate lockers in both hulls. There are two well-appointed heads and showers forward in both hulls. A large settee area with 4-2speed directional fans, a 3-burner propane stove and oven and a dual basin sink.

Galley

There is teak and holly flooring throughout. There is an immense saloon area with a three-burner propane stove and oven. There is a three-drawer cabinet situated under the stove for dinnerware and utensils and additional cabinets on both sides for essentials. This galley has an appealing uninterrupted window expanse; an 'alfresco' table that drops down for another bed, when needed, and folding glass patio doors leading into a spacious cockpit with another 'alfresco' dining table.

We are the original owners and we have sailed Recess over 29,000 miles. We have taken loving care of her and maintained her properly over the years and she has taken us wherever and whenever we wanted to go. When cruising we easily did 100+ mile days up and down the East Coast from Naples, Florida to Boston, Mass.
