space and limits excessive heads to maintain onboard. Designed for cruisers,

in mind, she has been wired to accommodate both European and American
shore power circuits with two completely independent systems. The vessel is

solar panels to replenish the 760 Ah of AGM batteries. Climate controlled
comfort no matter what the latitude is provided by five reverse cycle Heat/air-conditioning units vented throughout the vessel. She is well appointed for navigation with a modern electronic Hybrid Touch Chartplotter, a 48mile Radar and AIS as well as high quality ICOM VHF/ SSB for communication. The solid dinghy lift and stowage system keeps a dinghy and outboard secure for passages, although the OC tender has already been sold separately. She has just been surveyed in July 2023 and valued at $315,000. confirming all repairs were done to ABYC standards. Then sellers have opted to make a price adjustment to accommodate for minor maintenance items as well as the main sail age and condition so the price has been reduced to $299,000. a great opportunity for a catamaran of this class under $300K. She has just had a bottom paint job and the hull buffed and waxed and is ready to go on her next adventure with you.
