Description

Vanderbilt yachts out of Albany KY built these Spectacular Enclosed pilot house yachts. This is number 5 of 5 Made all USA. GREAT 2 Stateroom Layout, Huge salon and enclosed fly bridge, 540 Cummins diesels with 540 original hours.

Both engines were serviced in April of 2023. Receipts in hand.

 

She could use new chartplotters. The shaft packing needs tightened or replaced. One AC unit needs servicing. The radar dome could use replacing and she is due for an external detail/wax.

Hull: Steep entry with a variable deadrise hull running aft with softened chines for a predictable ride. Easy to control at low speeds around the docks with her bow thruster. 6″ Keel and large S/S rudders for exceptional tracking. A great amount of Bow flair and spray rails for a dry ride. Prop Tunnels for a shallower draft. Solid FRP bottom. Integrated swim step.

Deep toe rail foredeck (12″) for safety up there. Dripless shaft logs. CO2 Fire system.

480 gallons usable fuel. 2800 rpm shows 23kts. 2300 RPM is 20kts, burning 21 GPH. 
17 kts is longest range with better than 1 GPM

FORWARD COMPANION offers access to the VIP GUEST STATEROOM, featuring double berth outboard; outboard portlight(s); overhead and accent lighting plus reading lights; built-in locker and drawer storage; and privacy door inboard.

Up and aft from the companionway lands in the light and bright MAIN CABIN, with UP GALLEY situated forward to port in an open floorplan for easy conversation and entertaining! SALON follows, offering great visibility from every seat; built-in flat screen TV; aft doors open to the ample COCKPIT. 

Up and forward finds the impressive PILOTHOUSE, with centerline MAIN HELM, aft bench guest seating with table; dual sliding SIDE DECK doors; and inside steps up to the UPPER DECK. FLYBRIDGE is forward with complete UPPER HELM and built-in guest seating; BOAT DECK follows.

INTERIOR is exceptionally clean, bright, and inviting throughout, with blond wood joinery in a ‘Danish modern’ style, ivory headliner, and carpeted sole in warm, neutral sand tones. CLIMATE CONTROL is via (3) reverse-cycle heat and air conditioning units; HEADS are Vacuflush and plumbed to holding tank with pumpout valve.

All-modern GALLEY is well situated for meals and snack service to all on-board areas! Features and equipment include 2-burner galley cooktop; microwave oven; upright refrigerator with freezer; Broan trash compactor; galley sink; hot/cold pressure freshwater system with hot water heater; ivory Corian countertops; and ample cabinet plus drawer storage throughout. Deck & Hull

DECKS are easy care fiberglass with molded-in non-skid; deep protective toerails/bulwarks from the dual sliding pilothouse side deck doors forward. Heavy-gauge stainless safety rails; stainless staple rails at the swimstep; international navigation lights; deck lighting; spotlight; access stairs to the upper deck from both the pilothouse and via the boat deck to the cockpit. 

GROUND TACKLE includes Delta style plow-style main anchor with Maxwell anchor windlass at the foredeck with flybridge remote. ALSO NOTE: Roskelly/Olsson davit at the boat deck; (3) pantograph style wipers; fenders & lines; life jackets.
