The 312 Sportsman Open is spacious all the way around.  The forward bow seating arrangement has retractable back rests and table that sits flush with the deck, and windlass controls.  The large center console is equipped with Dometic head system with sink also allowing for ample storage.  The leaning post contains tackle station, batteries with charger and Optimus pumps.  Two (2) pump-out fish boxes port and starboard, fold-away stern seating, transom door, swim ladder to starboard and dive door to port.  All soft goods are  in great condition with the removable cushions being stored indoors.
