Chris Uscinski

Chris is a seasoned yacht broker with a lifelong connection to boating. Raised along the Connecticut shoreline, he began boating at an early age and quickly developed a deep appreciation for vessel care and performance. That passion led him to launch his first business, Boater’s Buddy, a detailing company focused on maintaining boats to the highest standards—an attention to detail that continues to define his work more than two decades later.

Living in Mystic, CT, with his wife Lori and two children, Brinkley and Brady, Chris and the family can be found aboard their boat cruising the Mystic River, navigating Block Island Sound or in the waterways of South Florida. His hands-on experience, combined with a strong understanding of performance, comfort, and craftsmanship, allows him to guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process. He also brings valuable local insight from over 15 summers working as a dock hand at Payne’s Dock in Block Island, where he built lasting relationships within the boating community.

Chris is known for his approachable manner, honest guidance, and commitment to making the boating experience straightforward and enjoyable. Whether assisting experienced owners or first-time buyers, he focuses on creating well-matched, informed outcomes tailored to each client’s needs.
