Customer: Dan Quenneville

I am writing this letter which has been long overdue. It is in reference to a boat that I purchased from Kelly Bickford at Massey Yachts as the agent at the helm. Picture a first time sailor who decided to buy a 40 foot sailboat and then learn to sail it. I was a total virgin skipper who knew nothing about boats. After looking at many boats, I found the Das Drucker in Florida right there at Massey. From the moment I found interest to the moment it was shipped from Florida and arrived at Michigan City, Indiana, Kelly was right there to guide me and teach me the process. Kelly helped me to understand what and who to work with. It seems to me that once he received the signed documents he could have been less available to me. Kelly was there to the very end. He helped keep my nerves in check. He was honest and dependable. The fact is that he still is there for me now when I need him 1 year later. I have since logged 28 sails with my wife and friends. I am a converted pirate to say the least. Thanks so much for your patience Kelly!
