Request your Comparitive Marker Analysis
Tell us about your boat. We’ll do the rest. You decide what — if anything — to do with the number.
We don’t share your information. We don’t sell lists. You’ll receive one written CMA from a Massey broker — and no follow-up unless you ask for it.
What’s in your CMA
What you’ll get back from us
A short, plainly-written document. Not a sales pitch dressed up as a valuation.
Twelve months of comps
Recent comparable sales pulled from YachtWorld, Boats.com, BoatTrader, and Massey’s internal CRM — the same data set we use when we price our own listings.
A realistic asking range
A written low / fair / aggressive range for your boat’s specific make, model, year, and condition. The number we’d actually list her at — not a YachtWorld average.
Days-to-sale estimate
How long similar boats are sitting before they sell, what’s moving them, and what’s stalling them. Useful whether you list with us or stay FSBO.
Backed by Massey
Local face, institutional weight.
Every CMA we deliver is informed by half a century of Massey sales data and the broker network behind it.

Common questions
Honest answers, up front.
Do I have to list with Massey to get the analysis?
No. The valuation is free, written, and yours to keep. You decide what — if anything — to do with it.
What if I’m already listed FSBO?
Most of the owners we deliver CMAs to are. A written valuation often helps you reset asking price or get past a stalled listing, whether or not you ever bring us on.
How is this different from a YachtWorld price estimate?
YachtWorld shows listing prices. We show what comparable yachts actually sold for in the last twelve months — and what’s currently sitting unsold and why. Listing price and sale price are usually two different conversations.
What happens after I submit the form?
Within an hour or two, the Steve covering your area will confirm receipt. Within 48 hours you’ll have a written CMA in PDF. No phone calls unless you ask for one.
Does Massey file my USCG documentation and state titling?
Massey coordinates USCG documentation and state titling on your behalf as part of our closing process management — alongside escrow and survey coordination. The filings themselves are made by the relevant agency; we handle the paperwork and the back-and-forth so you don’t have to.
Do you keep my information on file?
We keep it long enough to deliver your CMA and answer follow-up questions. We do not sell or share it. Ask us to delete it after delivery and we will.
