Description
“Know Return”, Hull #3, was built in Bristol, RI in 1981. Designed by Ted Hood, she is a solid classic center cockpit sailing vessel with a keel/centerboard! Shoal draft makes her perfect for the Bahamas or lower the centerboard for improved upwind sailing! Her NEW set of sails by North Sails allows her to sail like a dream. Bow thruster and Maxprop will provide added maneuverability in tight docking situations. The cockpit is spacious and comfortable with cockpit cushions, a custom mahogany helm station/table and a full enclosure. Down below you will find the beautiful teak and mahogany cabinets and table which are typical of the expert wood craftsman from this era boat. A new reverse cycle AC unit keeps you comfortable at the dock. Forward V-berth, queen aft cabin and two heads provide plenty of room for guests, but if you need more space, the settees both pull out for more sleeping areas. The navy blue hull and classic look will turn heads wherever you go! Come see it now!

As you step down into the cabin, the first thing you notice is the beautiful woodwork throughout. If you're looking for a boat with headroom, this vessel has 6'4" throughout! There is a nice navigation table to port with the electrical panels, Garmin multifunction display, AC control, VHF and inverter. The main salon is large and comfortable with nice, clean upholstered seating to port and starboard. A mahogany table with fold out leaves on either side provides the perfect spot for sharing meals with others while not feeling crowded. The settees pull out to provide additional double bunks. Plenty of cabinets for storage throughout the salon. To port is a head with separate shower with access via salon and forward cabin doors. The v-berth is large with numerous cabinets and lockers. To starboard and aft of the main cabin is the well appointed galley. Some features include a 3 burner propane stove/oven, double sinks, microwave and top loading refrigeration with a large freezer. Aft is a queen berth with custom bedding and storage galore! An ensuite head is very convenient and private. One thing that certainly stands out with this boat is the amount of storage and comfortable living space.
