Accommodations

Step down into the interior and find the Galley to port, the Nav Station to starboard, and a large cabin aft. Moving forward through the Main Salon, the Head is to port and the V-Berth is forward. Reverse cycle heat and air conditioning along with five Caframo fans provide comfort aboard in any weather. Teak throughout gives the interior a warm and cozy feeling.

Main Salon

The Main Salon features two cushioned settees to port and starboard. On centerline is a fiddled teak drop-leaf dining table that seats four. Each settee has two lockers with louvered doors separated by a fiddled open locker above the backrest cushion, as well as three additional storage lockers with pull-out panels behind the backrest cushion. One full-length hanging locker with a removable wooden rod and selective dome lighting is situated to starboard, at the forward end of the cabin facing the head. Immediately adjacent, a Shipmate Kerosene/Diesel heater is located on the starboard settee bulkhead.

Both settees pull out to create sleeping berths and are equipped with lee cloths that secure to the overhead teak grab rails. Ventilation is provided by three opening ports to port and starboard, and one deck hatch.

The various compartments in the teak and holly cabin sole provide access to the engine and various mechanical components, and are secured by removable positive-locking floorboards.

Forward V-Berth Cabin
