General Condition Notes
Olivia is in amazing condition, and sails like a dream! She has been lovingly cared for and restored over the past several years by both the current and prior owners, who nearly completed a full retrofit of this classic Irwin 52. The only remaining area to complete is the v-berth, which includes a stateroom with toilet, sink, and shower (plumbing is all present). The owner estimates about $3,000 - 5,000 in raw materials will complete the project.  Additionally, all sails are intact however this vessel does not have a staysail.
