2 J’s is the finest example of a 52 Hatteras Cockpit MY available on the market.  She has had an open checkbook all her life.  Owned since 1998 by the same loving owner.  Prior to that she was a former Lauderdale Lady.  

She has 8V92s with only a little over 2000 original hours.  Both motors have been completely overhauled and serviced up to date.  Under 500 hours since overhaul by Lukey Marine. All service records available for motors by Lukey Marine Diesel. 

She shows exceptionally well throughout.  She has a 3 stateroom – 3 full head and shower layout. Master is aft, vip forward, and bunk room starboard.  Large enclosed aft deck, huge salon, and large galley down with dinette across to starboard.  Air conditioning on aft deck and flybridge.  Engine room access through galley stairs.  Generator has around 3,000 hours with new windings.  Bottom and all other service done by First Performance Marine and their contractors.  Bottom just painted in July.  

She also features a very versatile cockpit for fishing with cockpit outriggers, diving, snorkeling, towing, and entertainment with electric grill.  SAT TV, watermaker, spare props, and Avon Coastline life raft.

2 J's boasts the desirable three-stateroom and three-head layout that can sleep six adults comfortably in two walk-around queen berths and two single bunk berths. Interior décor is light and airy with bright neutral tones throughout.

The galley/dinette area offers teak hardwoods for easy cleaning. The Hatteras 52 CPMY is easily handled by a cruising couple but provides luxurious accommodations for the entire family - or two couples plus kids. The third cabin (with over/under bunks) can also serve as crew quarters without compromising comfort or accommodations for your guests. The FWD VIP Stateroom and AFT Master Stateroom are separated by the Salon & Galley ensuring total privacy for Owners & Guests. Kids (and the young-at-heart) may also prefer to sleep in the enclosed Sun Deck.

The salon features wrap-around windows providing a bright and airy place to relax with unobstructed visibility forward and to each side. Venetian blinds can be easily opened/closed for privacy while at the dock or at anchor. A U-Shaped couch and two lounge chairs provide comfortable seating for 5-7 Adults.
