Description
This 43-foot Roberts "Mauritius" design custom-made steel sailboat is
a proven bluewater cruiser. MonArk IV is equipped with a sturdy
staysail Marconi rig with triple spreaders, and all lines lead to the pilot
house for easy handling in any weather. Inside, the boat is
comfortable and well appointed, with custom-made white ash
cabinetry throughout, providing plenty of storage space for long
cruises. Fully provisioned and with a watermaker on board, you will
be completely self-sufficient. One of MonArk IV?s unique features is a
full workshop which offers easy access to the engine.

Launched in 1994, MonArk IV is a boat with a story to tell..  The owners have lived aboard for 20 years, have sailed the Great
Lakes, been to Europe and back, and cruised extensively in the
Caribbean. You can read about their adventures in the book Sea
Over Bow: A North Atlantic Crossing. During this voyage, they
encountered strong gales, which they rode out comfortably, never
having to leave the pilot house.
