LIVING AND ENTERTAINING SPACES

As soon as you step onto the vessel, you’ll feel the luxury under your feet (the soft faux teak decking system), you will sense the quality of care and craftsmanship that has gone into the maintenance of this vessel, you will feel more like you’re in a beach house than a boat and you will live in luxury aboard.  This 47 foot vessel has more livable space than many 55 footers.  Just a few steps up from the super large swim platform with three heavy duty stainless steel new staples and very nice swim ladder is the enclosed sun deck.  Lounge there with friends, dock mates or rafting buddies and enjoy the wet bar, or move up one level to the helm station area where there is brand new upholstery on the guest sofas and helm seating ample space for 8 adults.  From the helm station area, exit to port or starboard and walk down to the forward deck with brand new factory cushions and lounge in the sun. 

Enter the sliding companionway door that takes you into the vessel and you’ll be greeted by a wonderfully appointed interior and very inviting living quarters.  The carpet and flooring has just been replaced throughout the vessel.  The Flexsteel interior furniture is in near perfect condition and incredibly comfortable.  The starboard sofa quickly converts to a queen sized bed (see photos).  Just forward of the main saloon is the spacious galley with new electric cooktop and oven.  Wonderfully appointed cabinetry provides so much storage, you can live aboard, do the loop or use this vessel for just about any purpose your voyages may require.  Just forward of the galley is the queen guest suite with very large separate shower to port and nicely appointed head to port.  Of course, all closets are cedar lined.

As you proceed back through the galley and saloon you will enter the master suite with queen walk around, very nice private shower and private head separated by the vanity.  

There are 4 large flat screen smart tv’s throughout the living space, security cameras and a Fusion stereo system that allow you to host just about any type of party or event.

The multitude of separate spaces allow you to escape to a quiet corner of the vessel no matter how many guests are onboard.  And the quality of craftsmanship and cleanliness of the vessel are like new.

ELECTRONICS

As the boat is owned and operated by a commercial jet captain (who is also a boat captain), everything you might imagine about the upgraded electronics you will find onboard.  Not one, but two Raymarine chart plotters (so that you can compare and follow both the leading map programs on your voyage), doppler radar that will even detect the current flow behind navigational markers and waves behind a boat, autopilot, AIS in both directions, Caterpillar engine control and monitoring system so that you can see everything that is happening with the engines from the cockpit, remote control spot light for finding the markers on a night voyage… there is nothing you could need that this boat doesn’t have in electronics.

ENGINE ROOM

Step into the engine compartment and you will find ample space to service every system.  The oil changing system has been added that allows you to easily change oil fro each engine and from the generator at the push of a button.  The oil has been meticulously changed every 200 hours on engines and generator.  The Onan generator has about 2500 hours.  The Caterpillar 3126’s have 715 hours each on them.
