This houseboat has been under cover since the complete renovation in 2018. She has been maintained with and “open checkbook” under the current ownership. The is one of the last big houseboats constructed by the market leader Summerset Houseboats who went out of business in late 2009. The renovation brought the houseboat up to current model standards and further improved on the timeless original Summerset design. There are very few houseboats ever constructed with the number of Super Features and options found on this boat.
