Accommodations

On a quick walk thru, one finds the galley to stbd and the large aft head/shower to port of the companionway as you enter the salon.  Further forward the salon has a large dinette and sitting area to port and two captain's chairs to with the nav station to stbd. The large master is forward with a centerline queen berth and an ensuite head and shower.  Aft of the companionway are two matching aft cabins.

The upholstery in the salon is a white fabric giving a bright look against the teak Alpi paneling.

Three Cruiseaire a/c units keep interior comfortable.  One fwd in the master, one in the salon, and one for the two aft cabins.

Galley

The galley to starboard in a comfortable L-shape with room to work at the dock, at anchor or underway.  It includes a double stainless steel sink with hot/cold water, a three burner propane stove and oven, an installed microwave, an oversized combo fridge/freezer with top and front opening doors, and an additional separate freezer compartment.

Lots of drawers, cubbies and cabinet storage for all of the galley needs.

Engines/Mechanical

The engine and engine start battery are located under and behind the companionway stairs.  There are additional access panel in the two aft cabins.

The engine is a reliable Yanmar 4JH5-CE diesel rated at 54 hp powering a ZF sail drive transmission and fixed 3-blade propeller.  The Hobbs meter is not functioning and there is no estimate of engine hours.

A Quick bow thruster has been added to assist in close quarter maneuvering.  The bow thruster controls are located at the stbd helm steering station.

Electrical

The electrical system utilizes three methods to keep the batteries topped off.  At the dock, two 30 A shore power cords power up the 2 x 40 amp chargers.  When away from the dock, an Onan 6 kw genset located in a specifically designed compartment beneath the aft cockpit floor replaces the shore power voltage.  It is also in its own sound shield box and the compartment has added sound deadening foam insulation.

A third way of charging underway is by utilizing the 125A alternator located on the engine.

There are three 115 ah house batteries, one engine separate start battery and a dedicated battery forward for the bow thruster.

To provide 110V power to the electrical outlets away from the dock there is an optional 2 kw inverter installed.

Two separate electrical breaker panels are located in the salon. One for the 110V AC power and the other is a 12V DC panel.

Navigation/Electronics

The electronics for navigation and communication are a suite of Raymarine devices including a Ray 55VHF at the nav station, 2 x Raymarine e95 Hybrid Touch chartplotters at each helm, a Raymarine p70 Autopilot control head at the steering helm, and a Raymarine p70 Multifunctional display on the cockpit table.

A Raymarine p70 multifunctional display is located centrally on the cockpit table to provide depth, wind and speed data.

On the interior are two Samsung TV's for entertainment.  One in the salon and one in the master cabin forward.

Sails/Rigging

The sails are simple with an inmast furling mainsail and a furling 106% genoa on a ZSpar aluminum rig.  All furling and control lines are lead to the cockpit.  The sails are the original set.

The lines are controlled by 2 x Harken 50 self tailing primary winches aft for the sheets and 2 x Harken 46 self tailing winches on the coach roof for the furling.  The port coach roof winch has a 2 speed electric drive.

Deck/Cockpit

The large cockpit is simple with a fiberglass and poly cockpit table and no additional wood besides the standard seating.  There is an original, factory supplied bimini.  Cockpit cushions provide seating comfort.

Forward is a large sail locker and ground tackle consisting of a 44 lb Delta plow anchor on all chain rode.  The Quick windlass has a wired controller forward and a second controller with chain counter at the steering helm.
