Accommodations

Beautiful 2 cabin/1 head layout with a separate large shower and easily accessable garage cabin with the optional grey cedar paneling.  The fwd cabin has wide opening double doors which provides a larger space.  The dinette is centerline at the mast with opening leaves. 

The entire interior has dual air conditioning systems and ducting, 

Galley

The L-shaped galley is small but very functional,  The counters and storage are made of black "shale" starboard for a very upscale look.  Lots of cabinet space for storage. 

A small 2 burner propane stove and microwave provide the cooking but have never been used.

A nice sized fridge and freezer are in the counter.

Engine/Mechanical

With access under the companionway and from either cabin, the Yanmar 3YM20 is easy to service and maintain.  It has a straight shaft direct drive system.  100 hour service just completed by certified tech.

For close maneuvering, there is a bow thruster with helm controls.

Electrical

The electrical system is simple with 2 x 30A shore power cables for dockside power to the A/C outlets and battery charger.  Away from the dock, there are 2 100A flexible solar panels above the bimini and a 125A alternator on the engine to help the batteries topped off.  

There are 4 AGM batteries - one start, two house and one for the thruster forward.

Navigation/Electronics

The electronics is made of a Raymarine suite with a 7" Axiom plotter custom installed on the cockpit table, Raymarine autopilot and a multifunction display.

At the nav station is a Raymarine VHF radio.  And a Fusion stereo system.

Sails/Rigging

For sailing, this model has a Selden in-mast furling system with a Dacron mainsail.  And a furling Dacron genoa.  All lines are led aft and can be easily handled from the cockpit.

Lines are controlled by 3 Harken winches.  

Deck/Cockpit

The owners had custom cockpit cushions and a bimini/dodger made when the boat was delivered making the seating comfortable and out of the weather.

The ground tackle is made up of a Delta anchor with a chain/rope rode on an electric windlass controlled from the foredeck.
